Facilities Scheduling Process

Gyms and Athletic Facilities: Sigourney CSD coaches and staff will have first priority to schedule their activities for each corresponding sports season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). Once the coaches and staff have their schedules completed, the community will be able to submit requests.  Please see the Reservation Windows below.

Meeting Spaces: If a meeting space is needed, staff and/or community members can make reservations for areas such as Libraries, Commons, Cafeterias, Stage, KCCA Center, etc. 

Reservation Process: Follow the process on the Facilities Scheduler website.  All requesters must be approved and have log-in credentials.  Dates being requested must be available and requests are limited to 3-4 dates per season.  Please name your event like the following - "Parent/Coach 4th Girls BB" - indicate the grade level, group, and activity.  Use this title for all of your requests for that group. See policy for group designations, Groups 1, 2, 3 to Activities Director and Groups 4-5 to Superintendent.
